This dashboard focuses on tourism governance and destination management, evaluating the destination's capacity to plan, implement, and monitor sustainable tourism strategies. The indicators allow for the measurement of both the organizational structure and the processes of public participation, transparency, and efficiency in tourism management.

It includes indicators on the existence and functioning of sustainable tourism strategies, responsible units within the DMO, staff assigned to sustainability, and the degree of implementation of action plans. Public participation mechanisms, the number of entities and working groups involved, and the holding of public meetings are also recorded, as well as the management of access to information.

Regarding resources, the dashboard analyzes the public budget allocated to tourism, its proportion relative to the total, the ratio per tourist, and public employment in the sector. Furthermore, it includes indicators on the execution of projects funded by the sustainable tourism tax (ecotax), awareness programs, promotion of local products and services, and the level of knowledge about the tourism tax among the population and businesses.

Finally, sustainability and competitiveness indicators are considered, such as the environmental impact assessment in tourism companies, the MONITUR ranking, and the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI), which allow for the evaluation of the destination's strategic position compared to other territories and its capacity to maintain competitive and responsible tourism.
