This dashboard aims to provide a comprehensive view of municipal solid waste management, covering both its generation and the various treatment and recovery processes. It allows for the analysis of the waste management system's efficiency, as well as its environmental impact and the degree of adoption of sustainable practices.
Through the included indicators, it facilitates the monitoring of key aspects such as waste generation per capita, selective collection, different treatment routes (recycling, incineration, and landfill), and waste recovery through the production of energy, biogas, or compost. Likewise, it enables the evaluation of generated by-products and the emissions associated with waste treatment.
